[Mimedefang] Mailmunge 3.18 is released

Hi, everyone,

I'm pleased to announce that Mailmunge 3.18 has been released.
This is a minor release with a few documentation fixes and
some extra checks for common filter problems.

	* Mailmunge 3.18

	* DOCUMENTATION: Document Postfix's
	  smtpd_delay_open_until_valid_rcpt setting.

	* IMPROVEMENT: Log a warning if we add a DKIM signature outside
	  of filter_wrapup.

	* IMPROVEMENT: Log warnings if functions that should not be
	  called in filter_wrapup actually are.

	* IMPROVEMENT: Update unit test infrastructure so we can
	  introspect messages that the filter logs.
