[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 3.6-rc1

Hi,
just released MIMEDefang 3.6-rc1 with some updates:

* fix re_match_in_7zip_directory crash
* improve synthesize_received_header sub to avoid  false positives in reverse dns checks
* fix hang on next request after call to rspamd_check()
* add the possibility to output some stats in JSON format

Release can be downloaded from https://github.com/The-McGrail-Foundation/MIMEDefang/releases/tag/v3.6-rc1
