[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 3.6 released

Hi,
MIMEDefang 3.6 has just been released.

Most notable features and fixes are:

* fix re_match_in_7zip_directory crash
* improve synthesize_received_header sub to avoid false positives in rptr dns checks
* fix hang on next request after call to rspamd_check()
* add the possibility to output some stats in JSON format compatible with filebeat
