[Mimedefang] MIMEDefang 2.71 is Released

Was wondering if the fix to get the id generated early -- so that reads_command_file() could be done during filter_relay() -- had made it onto the roadmap yet for a determined numbered release?

If not, I'd like to request my patch to pass the port #, etc. be included as a provisional work-around.
