* MIMEDefang 2.71 RELEASED

* More spelunking in the awful innards of Perl reveals that our
original fix in 2.70 for handling of $SIG{FOO}... didn't completely
fix the problem.  On systems where Perl was compiled to use threading,
running "md-mx-ctrl reread" could result in subsequent failure by
scanners to set signal dispositions.  This has been fixed.
