After i filled the bug the package maintainer changer from recommand to 
suggest:

 He was quick, thanks to him for responding quickly like that :)

 so it should be ok for the future ! :)  For information if another 
package is doing this you can use aptitude -R  to install it without 
recommended packages. I still have the issue with the socket 
user/group/rights now :)
