[Mimedefang] Mimederfang not running all Spamassassin tests

I thought I still had problems but it turns out the spammers found a
way to sneak around getting their email scored at all. Two emails I
was testing with, one for ACAI BERRY and another for investing, both
had attachments that caused the email size to be 105k to 174k. And
mimedefang-filter was only scanning emails <100k. For now I've just
set it to scan emails <200k. Hopefullly this won't cause performance
issues.
All tests do appearing to be running now! Thanks again for everyones help!
