Thanks David.  It was the darndest thing, when I next checked on the
server to disable embedded Perl, it seems that the problem had stopped
(well, I hadn't seen any cases in the last 1.5 ~ 2 days), just as randomly
as it had begun.
I'll keep an eye on it, and disable embedded perl and keep you posted of
the results.
