[Mimedefang] Mimedefang, spamassassin and /etc/mail/spamassassin

Try making your changes to the file /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf

AFAIK, the /etc/mail/spamassassin directory is dead in newer versions of
MD.  The README probably says as much.

What I've discovered is if you take the docs of SA and MD side by side and
they have something different to say about same particular thing, always
believe the MD doc.  Yes, it's a tad confusing at first.  :)
