[Mimedefang] Weird mimedefang syslogs every 10 minutes almost exactly

I'm seeing this in my maillog file:

Any idea what sendmail/mimedefang are doing every 10 minutes that might
cause this?
I'm using MD 2.38 and Sendmail 8.12.10.
