Actually that word, "honeypot", is used in spam fighting to set up
something at looks like an open relay (and will pass a first open relay
test), but will then just accept and discard things that are relayed
through it.  The utility of these sorts of honeypots is also disputed.

What you are doing is an SMTP analogy to "web poison"  (seeding webpages
with bogus addresses for harvesters).
