and in the system log I have:

SYSERR(majordom): queueup: cannot create queue temp file

SYSERR(smmsp): queueup: cannot create queue temp file

uid=26: Permission denied

I added defang wheel smmsp to trusted user, added smmsp to wheel group.
now 
I got:

NOQUEUE: SYSERR(smmsp): can not chdir(/var/spool/mqueue/): Permission
denied

	You said that you have added smmsp to the trusted users. But is
	That in the sendmail.cf or in the submit.cf?

	It needs to be in the submit.cf file.

	You also do not need wheel as a trusted user.
