Sorry for the touble.  I just found out that I accidently commended out the
FEATURE(`msp', `[127.0.0.1]')dnl
from submit.mc file.

What a stupid "users error"!!!

Thanks Tony, I added these as well. Now majordomo is working.  But I still 
get the "try again later" error.
