[Mimedefang] Not filtering outbound mail

This can be accomplished with sendmail 8.12.x. You could do it several
different ways. One being to have a second sendmail listening to a different
port that you dump your outbound mail to. Or I have read on I think
sendmail.org of a way to disable milters for all outbound e-mail.
