[Mimedefang] Possible Attack?

Are these messages valid?

Apr 28 17:24:17 access sendmail[30994]: g3SLOGXl030987: Truncated MIME
Content-Type header due to field size (length = 44) (possible attack)

or

Apr 29 20:26:29 access sendmail[26667]: g3U0Q4Xl026640: Truncated MIME
Content-Type header due to field size (length = 248) (possible attack)

While 44 seems a little small for an attack, I can certainly understand
248 being construed as an attack.
