[Mimedefang] work directory path

AFAIK the temporary work directory is hard coded into mimedefang (the
binary).  If it's not changeable right now, without modifying mimdefang.c,
would that be possible to get a commandline option (or ./configure option
if no) in a future version of MD so I can set it to a mounted ramdisk?
I'd like the spool dir to be a 'normal' directory, but the work files to
be in a Linux tmpfs mount.
