Appending things to HTML parts is hit-and-miss.  If the HTML part ends
with </HTML> and you append something after that, there's no guarantee
it will get displayed.  If (for some bizarre reason) the HTML part
ends with "<!--", then there's almost no chance it will get
displayed.

You really have to parse the HTML and insert your boilerplate in the
right spot.  If someone wants to implement that, I'd happily integrate
it into MIMEDefang :-)

HTML mail is evil.
