[Mimedefang] spamassassin boilerplate issue

We have mimedefang append the spamassassin report to the end of any spam
email using append_boilerplate.  This works very well for my users if the
spam is a text-only message.  However, it doesn't work if the message
contains both text & html.

Here's the problem: the boilerplate is added to the first text/plain or
text/html item that mimedefang encounters.  In my experience, the text/plain
item is almost always before the text/html item so it gets appended to the
text/plain item.  That'd be great if my users were reading their mail with
Pine.  However, if the users are using Outlook then they will invariably end
up viewing the html version of the message and will miss out on the Spam
report that was appended to the text/plain version of the message.

Any ideas?

Here's an idea for improving append_boilerplate.  Append the boilerplate to
the first text/plain and the first text/html item that mimedefang
encounters.  Perhaps even have a text and html version of the report
template that would be used accordingly.
