Really?  Even with the "-f" option?

But how could non-local addresses end up in the RECIPIENTS list?  The
RECIPIENTS list should contain only addresses from the "RCPT TO:" SMTP
commands.  These adresses should only be ones for which your machine
is a server (or relay).

The only way multiple copies should happen is if your filter deletes
some, but not all, of the recipients.
