[Mimedefang] Sendmail or Mimedefang Problem

I have recently installed a new server with Mimedefang 2.6 and 
sendmail 8.12.5

Most things seem to work ok but I occasionally get the following
error:

  Aug 21 16:06:28 acad sendmail[7533]: g7LETBHk021890: SYSERR(UID0): 
  /seu_common/mail/lists/major.ncol.re_strict: line 2206: out of memory: Not 
  enough space

and somethimes just this:

  Aug 21 12:35:39 acad sendmail[12775]: g7LETBHk021890: SYSERR(root): out of 
  memory: Not enough space
  Aug 21 13:06:00 acad sendmail[16606]: g7LETBHk021890: SYSERR(root): out of 
  memory: Not enough space


Any Idea??
