[Mimedefang] skip MD for one user?

This will be fixed in 2.18.  If you look in mimedefang.pl, you'll see it
invokes Sendmail with the "-odi" option (use your text editor to look for -odi)
Change the "-odi" to "-odb" and your timeout problem should go away.
