new issue. now that I've added the stream_by_domain code, I'm getting lots of 
filter timeouts. I've got this in sendmail.cf:
Xmimedefang, <blah> F=T, T=S:60s;R:60s;E:5m

I've got the busy_timeout set to 300 and the idle_tieout set to 600 for 
mimedefang.

what values are everyone else using?
