[Mimedefang] Newbie questions about variables in mimedefang filter and spam assassin configuration

You can do anything except have SpamAssassin actually alter the message.
If you want to alter the message (eg, change Subject header), you have to
do that yourself in your MIMEDefang filter.

It uses sa-mimedefang.cf and the 10_misc, 20_body, etc... files.
