[Mimedefang] How to resend a quarantined messages later?

I preserve the original recipients in an X-header, which I understand has
privacy ramifications for Bcc:'d recipients, but is the price we're willing
to pay. Your comment reveals to me that I should go ahead and preserve the
envelope sender address in an X-header, as well, thanks. I did this because
I was unwilling to throw away all of the work SA does to markup the message
when it was subsequently quarantined. I'd be happy for any further critique
of this quarantine method.

But you'll lose envelope recipients (e.g. Bcc: addresses) and the envelope
sender (which can be different from the "From:" header.)

action_quarantine_entire_message() doesn't split the message into parts (but
you do lose SA modifications.)
