[Mimedefang] Filter timeouts

Hi,

For the people who've been reporting filter timeouts:  Do you see
anything like this in your logs just before the timeout?

handleSlaveReceivedAnswer(1): Timeout or error: Flag = 2
Reap: Idle slave 1 (pid 11806) exited normally with status 255 (SLAVE DIED UNEXPECTEDLY)

If so, then it will give me a clue.

Anyway, please try MD 2.9 Beta 2.  Use the multiplexor if you wish, but
supply the "-k" option to "mimedefang" to capture messages which fail
so I can analyze them.
