[Mimedefang] filter timeout w/ 2.8

Just to add my voice to the list, I'm also seeing 'filter timeouts' with the 
latest mimedefang. I already had code to only check messages smaller than 
50K, and this is the first I've ever seen the filter timeout.
I'm also using the Mime::Tools patch from roaringpenguin.com...
