What do you expect? SpamAssassin has no way of knowing the required
score value you are retrieving from LDAP in MIMEDefang.

More precisely, the required score value is configured in SpamAssassin
(specifically, /etc/mail/sa-mimedefang.cf) and reported back to
MIMEDefang in the 2nd element of the result vector. By the time you
replace $req by the value retrieved from LDAP, SpamAssassin has already
done its work and written the report.

So either you devise a way of passing your LDAP value into SpamAssassin
for inclusion in the report, or you generate your own report in MIMEDefang.
