[Mimedefang] md_graphdefang_log() must be called "in messagecontext"?

Ummm...I log $MsgID from filter_sender(), so it is available - you are
probably thinking about $MessageID, which is the 'contents  of  the
"Message-ID:" header if one is present'

As soon as a connection is made to Sendmail, it allocates an internal ID for
the connection, which is what $MsgID reports.
