[Mimedefang] mimedefang behavior pre-HELO and on incomplete connections

Not sure u want to get mimedefang involved in this kind of thing .. 
although it would be nice to have sendmail tell mimedefang this kind of 
message, sothat mimedefang can be made aware of these "bad" ppl.
Sendmail can handle this independent of mimedefang, using the following 
in sendmail.mc

define(`confTO_HELO', `<time u want them to hang around>')dnl
-----
default is '5m' should be ok to set at '2m' or so, note to self .. check 
rfc.

Ofc u need to be running sendmail for this to work .. but I'm sure 
postfix or others have configs like this too.
