[Mimedefang] Tracing multiplexor error report

We're seeing some of these:

Slave 6 stderr: Number found where operator expected at (eval 581) line 1, 
near "0 0"

There is no 'eval' in our local filter.

The number in '(eval 581)' varies within narrow limits, 577 to 583.
'0 0' appears to be also the result of variable substitution.

How can I track down what perl file the slave is in when it hits this
error?
