[Mimedefang] SpamAssassin via mimedefang is slow

   Is this now hard-coded, rather than relying on ./configure options?  I
have always had sa-mimedefang.cf in /usr/local/etc/mimedefang and
mimedefang.pl would always (as of 2.56) check there for the file but when
I recently upgraded to 2.65, it no longer checks
/usr/local/etc/mimedefang.
