[Mimedefang] 100K SA limit doesn't seem to be enough any more :(

In this shop, even the gravity-defying tie doesn't work.  I lost the battle
to preserve MIMEDefang at this campus, when I was told that we'd be
converting over to the parent-campus' chosen "IronMail".  At this time, all
domains but one (our canadian division) have been migrated over to the
appliances.  The last domain still on sendmail/MIMEDefang will be moved
soon.  You see, it doesn't matter what you think, what you know, or what you
think you know.  Sometimes it's what management tells you to do, that ends
up being the way it is.
