[Mimedefang] timeout problem in mimedefang

If it is normal for the service to take that long to respond I 
suggest thet you don't do the actual processing from from a milter.

If you have to do it from inside a milter, then increase the 
timeouts for the mimedefang-multiplexor and the milter calls.

What says this? sendmail? mimedefang? A mail client?
