[Mimedefang] Mimedefang and clamav

Hi Linda,
All you need to do is to install ClamAV and make sure it's running (clamd) 
and able to update (freshclam).
Mimedefang will need to be installed at last, it will recoginze ClamAV and 
Spamassassin.
You then need to customize your mimedefang-filter to use Spamassassin and 
Clamav.
