Further to Renaud's response, there is no BCC list.

The list of recipients is contained in the SMTP data, not the text
headers.  These are just there for user convenience.  The addresses
people refer to as BCC are simply those that the user agent doesn't
add in the To: or CC: headers in the email itself.
