[Mimedefang] ADMINISTRIVIA: Character Sets

Hi,

I recently received a couple of bounces from MIMEDefang members who
are rejecting mail in non-Western character sets.  The bounces were
triggered by a posting from "imacat".

Please, please don't use such blunt anti-spam instruments!  Please
exempt the MIMEDefang list from such rejections, or you risk being
unsubscribed.
