[Mimedefang] What is this Mimedefang/Sendmail error?

Hi,

Has anyone got any idea where I might look to fix this error?

My maillog is full of this stuff for about the past week. I did do rebuild 
my sendmail.cf file recently but I can't find what I might have done that 
might have caused this.
