And as an added bonus: SURBL also works with your current version of
spamassassin if you're using the Mail::SpamAssassin::SpamCopURI plugin.

Personally, I don't fully trust the SA 3.0 release, the scoring is 
unreliable, imo. 3.1 is supposed to be better, but I haven't looked yet.
We're still at 2.64 here (plus surbl, plus local rulesets and tweaks).
