As a small ISP with 300 mail accounts that would be way too much for 
us.  I'm with the individual that said a $50 download 3 to 6 times a 
year would be reasonable.  Compare that with the cost of feeding your 
own database with a limited sample such as we would have. 

A pay per use solution scales much better.
