[Mimedefang] Disclaimers

Adding disclaimers to outbound mail is a regular request on the MD list. 
Hence....

The subject of obnoxious disclaimers on mailing lists came up on the 
Subversion list. I referenced Jeff Goldmark's wonderful page and got this 
reply:
