ClamAV (http://www.clamav.net) works great and it's absolutely free.  A
must-have for any MIMEDefang installation where a non-commercial anti-viral
solution is desired.  There is plenty of documentation out there regarding
how to get ClamAV working with MIMEDefang and Sendmail.
