[Mimedefang] Strange goings on

Okay, not quite what I thought. Rechecking the headers for the second
system is showing the filter tagging it, just not to the point it was
being flagged. The first check in my filter_recipient section, does
work, the log file shows the ACCEPT_AND_NO_MORE_FILTERING comment. I
will go through the code again to see if I can find why it's failing.
