[Mimedefang] Need to upgrade MD on Red Hat 8.0 and 7.3

I am quite pleased with RH7.3 as a rule and do run MD2.49 on it on many
boxes.  If you are already running MD, then you will simply have "normal"
upgrade issues to deal with.
