This is pretty much the same thing, enable baysian rulesets, have it learn 
your corpus of ham/spam and see how it scores them... if that it still needs 
some help perhaps check out the extra rulesets from SARE 
(www.rulesemporium.com), they have an "adult" filter I have used on some 
installs that catches alot of porn related mail (just note, it will catch 
legit as well as unwanted ones! so score appropriately! The default SARE 
scores for the adult cf file is probably ok but I did want to mention that).

Perhaps install and enable dcc and/or Razor/Pyzor? SURBL and SPF checks 
should be there by default if you are using a fresh up to date install.

If after all this you still aren't scoreing them high enough then perhaps you 
can consider writing your own rule to block based on something unique that 
appears in the message... which will work until the spammer changes the 
message... (which is why we recommended several tests that score and weigh 
the final result).
