Tag your disclaimer thus:

====BEGIN-MYCOMPANY'S-USELESS-DISCLAIMER====
After reading this e-mail, you are required to erase all memory of it
and forget you ever saw it.  You owe us $10 for every minute that you
remember it beyond what our EULA permits.  (See attached 1.2MB PDF file
for EULA details.)
====END-MYCOMPANY'S-USELESS-DISCLAIMER====

and then parse and remove that stuff from incoming mail.  You need to
be smart about recognizing a >>> quoted disclaimer.  It's tedious, but
doable.  It also breaks PGP-signed mail.
