What locking mechanism are you using for the spool files?
I do not know. I assuming default solaris handling.
NFS is present, daemonds running, but not directly being used.
I have setup as a mail gate way.
What version of DB::File do you have installed?
DB_file-1.810 and db-4.2.52 installed
tie is the routine DB::File uses to open the hashed files, no such file
leads me to
believe you are running the Solaris automounter (evil) or some such?
Yes Solaris automounter is running.
