[Mimedefang] Anyone using File::Scan?

I've been using it for nearly 2 years now.  It used to be my sole method of
virus protection, but I've had another device sit in front of it for
probably the last year.  For that reason I'm not able to provide any
statistics on how effective it is, but I've also heard no reports of false
positives.

No objections, I can always call it manually.  All I ask is for you to give
us that nice big incompatibility notice in the changelog like you usually
do. :)
