something worth mentioning: greylisting is highly effective,
but it takes some getting used to.  Like when you go to a
web site and register a new account, and wait, wait, wait for
the reply to come in with your account confirmation e-mail.
Or when you forget your password and wait for the mail to
come back with the password in it.  You learn little tricks
like waiting one minute and then clicking again so the
second message goes through immediately.  Also, e-mails can come in
out of order if a new sender sends several mails, sometimes
the second is accepted immediately, while the first message
comes in later when the sender retries.
