Isn't clicking on the link "taking action in terms of the e-mail"? :-)

And while the legality of boilerplate disclaimers is highly doubtful, I would
imagine the legality of linking to a possibly-mutating disclaimer is completely
nonexistent---you can't try to enforce terms that you can change on a whim.

Sigh.
