[Mimedefang] starting on freebsd 5.2.1

It does not seem to cause a problem if sendmail starts first. It
whinges about the lack of a socket but seems to work OK. There may
be a race problem if a mail arrives after sendmail starts but
before MIMEDefang starts though. I usually check after a reboot to
make sure all is happy.
